Letting My Daughter Go to Warped Tour?
Ok, my daughter is a big rock and roll fan and I'm not. But, she wants to go to Warped Tour with her friend and her mom. Her friend (Savannah)'s mom likes her kind of music which I see my daughter wishes I would to. But, I'm not sure if I should let her go. I mean this even is in the summer, so I have enough time to gain some trust between Savannah's mom and me. But, I'm just kinda confused. I mean she will probably hate her life if she doesn't go I mean she has never gone. And, I know how much she just wants me to let her go to those things, I hope if my final answer turns out to be no,she won't be sad.

  1. I can see why your so confused, on one hand your want your child to have fun but on the other hand you really don't know her friends mother. In todays world you really can't trust no one when it comes to your kids. At the end of the day your her mother and you know what's best for her. Trust me if you say NO, she will get over it and if you say she will keep it pushing.

  2. Maybe if you did research on this warped tour and see what it is like than you confusion will subside. I think that you should definitely get to know the mother of the girl your daughter is going with. That is a must. When the time comes you will know the answer just listen to yourself.

  3. Kids are curious and they like adventures. They want to experience new things. Sometimes, as parent and adviser of our kids, we need to go to an extra mile when our kids are passionate about things we don't like. Do your own research on this warped tour, list the positive and the negative parts and balance them, then make a choice that make yourself and daughter happy. You can choose to go with her, to let her with friend's parent or not let her part of this event.
