Midterm Nightmare
Midterms is so stressful, you have a ton of work and barely enough time to complete it. Not only do I agree. But, so does my daughter,we had an hour long conversation on how stressful midterms are. But, I actually have a few tips on how to maintain a calm spirit during these times.
Tip Number 1: Don't Cram
Don't wait until the night before to cram in all those notes from weeks before. Unless, that is the only time you get to study then go for it. But, never cram in all those tough notes!
Tip Number 2: Disconnect
For all my social media addicts this might be tough. Disconnect from all social medias, not for good. But, maybe just delete the app for the time being, just to stay focus.
Tip Number 3:Attend review sessions, study groups
Try your hardest to attend study groups, and those types of events. For those who can't make it don't worry come up with a method of study that is compatibly with your schedule. But for those who spend that free time, taking naps. I would advice you to make a bed time and come to the study group sessions.
Tip Number 4: Skim
Right before you take your test it is always helpful to skim through your notes. Most people say that's a myth, but it just real depends on who you are and how you function. Going through all your notes might not be possible. But, just fitting in a few a extra things here and there will really help you.
Tip Number 5 (last tip): Relax
A major thing that sometimes throws people off in the middle of the exam is the worry of not passing. If you keep your mind clear or far from those thoughts. You'll have a higher chances of passing then you did when you were worrying.

  1. I like your tips, though many people have a knack for cramming and sometimes so much is happening that that's what you must resort to. Relaxing is the most enjoyable part. And then when Midterms are over the weight comes off your shoulders.
